You are allowed to move at your own pace (this is homeschooling), but it’s intended you complete one lesson a day. This is the end of your work for this course for your first day.You could even jump from Spanish 6th to Spanish 1 if you needed to move faster for some reason. Spanish is only planned through Spanish 4 in 11th, so there is extra time if you start late. If you did not take Spanish in 6th, I would suggest taking that year instead.If you listen enough, you’ll get to the place where you just know what sounds right and what doesn’t. No one taught you that. If I were to tell you to put these words in a sentence, what would you say? (cute, look at, puppy, the, black) I bet you said, “Look at the cute, black puppy.” Why did you all say cute first? Cute and black are both adjectives. It’s called, “passive listening.” I’m not crazy it’s a tool of language learning. Sometimes you’ll listen to things you don’t understand. When I tell you just to listen, you need to look away and not read the words. When I tell you to repeat, I want you to say the words out loud, loud enough for someone in the same room as you to hear, as if you were speaking to them.
